Scaters began with a small group of riders who believed the best moments on a board are the ones that feel free, expressive, and deeply connected to the outdoors. What started as simple weekend meetups has grown into a nationwide movement built around versatility, community and shared progression.

From day one, our mission has been to create equipment that adapts to the rider — never the other way around. The RAPTOR, our latest all terrain board, embodies that philosophy. Designed for real UK landscapes and tested across forests, moorland, and trail centres, it gives riders the confidence to push into new terrain while staying true to their own style.

But Scaters has always been more than a product brand. We’re building a UK-wide riding community where we support one another, celebrate progress together and help shape the future of mountainboarding (MTB). That’s why we collaborate with national organisations like Skateboard England, and partner with some of the country’s most iconic riding locations. These partnerships allow us to host well-supported MTB events that welcome newcomers, challenge experienced riders, and keep everyone safe and encouraged throughout the day.

Each stop of our Annual UK MTB Roadshow is filled with shared lines, good conversation, inclusive sessions and the unmistakable feeling of belonging. We’re here to help you ride further, progress faster, and become part of a growing community that stretches far beyond the trails.
